Associate Operations Specialist

Associate Operations Specialist Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping people? We're looking for an Associate Operations Specialist to support our claims team. In this role, you'll help process incoming claims, answer questions, manage documents, and ensure information is routed to the right people quickly and accurately. What You'll DoClaims Support Receive and review incoming claims and related documents Help customers and partners submit claims and required paperwork Upload, organize, and maintain claim files in our systems Ensure information is processed accurately and efficiently Customer Service Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, clients, and partners Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members Take detailed messages and help ensure timely follow-up Provide friendly, professional, and responsive service Administrative Support Assist with claim-related tasks and transactions Retrieve documents and information for the claims team Prepare and send correspondence as needed Support special projects and other team activities What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications High school diploma or GED 0-2 years of customer service, administrative, or related experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English Associate's or Bachelor's degree Interest in insurance, claims, or business operations Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience What Makes You Successful Positive attitude and willingness to help others Strong organizational and multitasking skills Reliable, dependable, and accurate in your work Eager to learn and grow professionally Team player who takes initiative and follows through Why Join Us?
