Associate Operations Processor 8a to 5p

Responsibilities Receive inbound FedEx, USP, DHL, scan into tracking system.Deliver and obtain signatures.Verify accuracy of all scans and deliveries.Collect outbound packages and prepare according to set guidelines releasing packages to Fed Ex and couriers.Provide excellent customer service, accurately track packages, and respond to customers via email.Prepare outbound branch mail through courier and FedEx.Must be computer literate, detail oriented Qualifications Mail room experience preferred.Ability to run mail meter machine preferred.
