We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. From posting: - "Who We Are" is intro, but not a required heading; we can maybe include as a paragraph? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should create sections for those headings if content exists. We have: About the role: The "About The Role" paragraph: "As an Associate Operations Manager, you will play a key role...". So we can put that under

About the role

with

. Responsibilities: The "What You’ll Do" list. So

Responsibilities

with
  • items. Requirements: The "What We Are Looking For" list. Could be Requirements. Also there are qualifications etc. We'll map. Qualifications: Might be similar to requirements; but we can separate maybe "Qualifications" for education? Not present. Could combine. But we need to avoid empty sections. Since no explicit qualifications separate, we could put under Requirements. Skills: Could be derived from requirements list: strong people-management, etc. But we could create a Skills section with bullet list of skills extracted. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can list the skills as they appear. The posting includes many skill-like items: strong people-management skills, comfortable using operational data, strong written and verbal communication, comfortable learning systems, etc. We could put them under Skills. Benefits: There's a Benefits Summary section with details. So include

    Benefits

    with
    • items. Pay: There's base salary range: $93,000 - $110,00 per year (typo). Also mention equity awards and annual performance-based bonus. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: There's mention: "all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week." Also role based in Los Angeles office. So schedule: onsite five days a week. That's specific. So include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: "Who We Are" maybe we can keep as a paragraph before sections? It's not a heading but we can include as

describing company. It's substantive. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that intro as a paragraph before sections. Also "Why join us" and "What Else You Need To Know" contain info about market growth, collaborative environment, etc. That's substantive; we could include as a paragraph under maybe "About the company" but not a required heading. We could include as a paragraph after intro. But we must not create sections with filler. We'll keep them as paragraphs. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

      About the role

As an Associate Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day performance of our Los Angeles kitchen operations. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure our kitchens run safely, efficiently, and consistently while developing frontline leaders. This is a hands-on field operations role. You will spend significant time in our kitchens, coaching leaders, solving problems, ensuring standards are followed, and driving accountability across locations. As Lab37 grows, this role will expand in scope and responsibility.

      Responsibilities

      • Own day-to-day operational performance across assigned Los Angeles kitchens and serve as the first point of escalation for location-level issues.
      • Manage and coach Shift Leads, Floating Managers, and other kitchen leadership while building a high-performance culture.
      • Ensure SOPs are followed across cleaning, food safety, opening/closing, prep, equipment care, inventory, and order quality.
      • Own location-level labor management, including staffing, scheduling, overtime, productivity, and labor costs.
      • Help manage food cost, inventory, waste, purchasing, and other controllable operating costs.
      • Coordinate facilities and equipment issues, vendors, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
      • Spend regular time onsite observing execution, identifying gaps, coaching employees, and stepping in when needed.
      • Monitor location KPIs, identify underperformance, and implement corrective action plans.
      • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of kitchen leaders and hourly employees.
      • Support new kitchen launches and help stabilize locations after opening.
      • Identify recurring operational issues and recommend practical improvements to leadership.
      • Maintain clear communication and follow-through to ensure issues are resolved.
      • Escalate issues requiring senior leadership judgment, material spend, or broader strategic decisions.

      Requirements

      • 5+ years of experience in restaurant, foodservice, QSR, fast-casual, commissary, or similar operations.
      • Experience managing multiple restaurant or foodservice locations is strongly preferred.
      • Experience owning or supporting labor, food cost, staffing, manager development, facilities, inventory, health and safety, and location KPIs.
      • Strong understanding of labor scheduling, productivity, and labor-cost management.
      • Working knowledge of food cost, inventory, waste, purchasing, and basic restaurant/unit economics.
      • Experience maintaining food-safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
      • Strong people-management skills, including coaching, accountability, performance management, and leader development.
      • Comfortable using operational data and KPIs to identify problems and make decisions.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Comfortable learning scheduling, timekeeping, inventory, purchasing, POS/order-management, and SOP/task-management systems.
      • New-store or kitchen-opening experience is a strong plus.
      • Comfortable working onsite and being hands-on with frontline teams.
We could also have Skills section but we already covered many skills in Requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe we create Skills section for the soft skills: strong people-management, communication, data-driven, etc. But we already have them in Requirements. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge skills into Requirements. But we have separate headings list; we can omit Skills if not needed. However we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. The posting does have skill-like statements; but we already captured them under Requirements. So we can omit Skills section. Benefits: we have Benefits Summary.

      Benefits

      • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (multiple plans, incl. HSA options).
      • Company-paid life and disability insurance (short- and long-term).
      • Voluntary insurance: accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity.
      • Optional supplemental life insurance for self, spouse, and children.
      • Pet insurance discount.
      • 401(k).
      • Health Savings Account (HSA)
      • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter)
      • Time Off policies:
        • Discretionary vacation days
        • 8 paid holidays per year
        • Paid sick time
        • Paid Bereavement leave
        • Paid Parental Leave
      But note: we cannot nest
        inside
      • ? Actually we can but better to keep flat list. Could just list each benefit as separate
      • . The "Time Off policies:" could be a
      • with sublist. We'll keep simple: list each. Let's flatten:
      • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (multiple plans, incl. HSA options)
      • Company-paid life and disability insurance (short- and long-term)
      • Voluntary insurance: accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity

        Pay

The base salary range for this role is $93,000 - $110,00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.

        Schedule section:

        Schedule

This role is based in our Los Angeles office and requires onsite work five days a week.

We already mentioned schedule in "What Else You Need To Know" but we can still include. We must ensure we don't duplicate content. The "What Else You Need To Know" paragraph includes schedule and salary info. We might have duplicated salary and schedule. To avoid duplication, we could keep the paragraph and not have separate Pay and Schedule sections, but the instruction says include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. The posting does have specific salary and schedule, so we can include them. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we can't remove the info from the paragraph if we also put it in sections, as that would be duplication but not loss. Duplication is allowed? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It doesn't forbid duplication, but better to avoid redundancy. However we already have a paragraph that includes salary and schedule; we could keep that paragraph and still have sections; it's okay
