Key responsibilities
- Investment analysis & modeling: Build and maintain robust transaction models (operating build, valuation, returns, sensitivities, scenarios) to support underwriting and decision-making.
- Diligence execution: Drive analytical workstreams across commercial, financial, and operational diligence; synthesize findings into investable insights and underwriting implications.
- Lean deal team / high ownership: Operate on small, nimble deal teams alongside senior investors with meaningful responsibility for core analyses and workstreams.
- Transaction support & process management: Coordinate with internal partners and external advisors; support documentation, data requests, and timeline management through execution and closing.
- Portfolio support: Assist with portfolio company monitoring to support governance, reporting, and ongoing investment decision-making
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in private equity, growth equity, private credit, investment banking, consulting with substantial transaction exposure, or a related investing environment.
- Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort building models from scratch; strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Demonstrated ability to translate diligence outputs into clear, decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders (e.g., Investment Committee materials).
- Ability to independently drive analytical workstreams, manage priorities, and operate effectively in lean, fast-moving teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal partners and external advisors; clear, professional communication.
- Sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a high-integrity approach to investing; openness to diverse perspectives and ways of working.

- Advanced degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.

Pay
- Base pay range for this role is $155,000 - $165,000, and a performance-based bonus are additional parts of the total compensation package.
