Associate Network Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Deploy, configure, and support network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
• Maintain network performance and security, responding to alerts and troubleshooting connectivity issues
• Support Cisco Meraki environments including dashboard configuration, firmware updates, and policy management
• Aid with Azure networking components such as VNets, subnets, VPNs, and network security groups
• Provide tier-2 support for network incidents and collaborate with senior engineers on upgrades and migrations

What Gets You the Job:

• 1–3 years of hands-on networking experience in an enterprise or managed services environment
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
• Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Azure networking including VNets, subnets, and VPN connectivity
• Self-motivated, flexible, and collaborative with a great attitude and strong communication skills; certifications such as CCNA or Azure Fundamentals are a plus
