About the role

The Associate Minister for Children(nursery-5th grade) and Families position at Mount Moriah Baptist Church is a dynamic opportunity to lead and grow a Gospel-centered ministry to children and parents. The ideal candidate will connect with the community, build personal relationships, recruit, inspire, and develop volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Gospel-centered ministry to children and parents

Requirements

• A 4-year degree from an accredited institution, in the area of children’s ministry or children’s education is preferred
• Experience leading and growing a Gospel-centered ministry to children and parents
• Part-time (25 hours) or full-time (40 hours) status is open to hire the right person
• Salary range: Part-time $26-32k, Full-time $53-59k plus retirement PT
