Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical and operational priorities with leadership
- Support onboarding, offboarding, scheduling, and workflow management
- Oversee quality programs and develop clinicians
- Mentor physicians and nurse practitioners
- Collaborate on performance reviews with the CMO
- Provide coverage and support for patient care and clinician meetings
- Represent the market in committees and community activities
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted medical license in Tennessee
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- 3+ years of experience leading/supervising providers and APPs
- EMR proficiency required

$310,000 – $368,500 annually
