About The Role
We’re hiring an Associate Marketing Manager – Ops to bring stronger ownership to day-to-day marketing operations across active app-growth and marketing workstreams. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can independently keep campaigns, trackers, reporting, launch coordination, and cross-functional execution on track with minimal hand-holding.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day marketing operations across ongoing app-growth and marketing initiatives.
- Manage campaign trackers, workflows, timelines, and execution follow-through with strong attention to detail.
- Cook up coordination with growth, performance, analytics, creative, product, and business stakeholders to keep workstreams moving.
- Maintain reporting discipline across campaigns, launches, and operational workflows.
- Review campaign and execution data to identify issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support launch readiness by ensuring trackers, documentation, reporting, and handoffs are complete and accurate.
- Raise issues and blockers early, and drive timely follow-up and resolution.
- Improve process hygiene through better documentation, quality checks, and workflow structure.
- Help bring more consistency, speed, and accountability to how marketing execution runs.

What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, campaign operations, performance marketing support, or execution-heavy app / digital marketing roles.
- Strong experience managing trackers, workflows, reporting, launch readiness, and cross-functional execution.
- Strong understanding of core growth and efficiency metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPI, conversion, and funnel performance.
- Comfort working closely with performance / growth, analytics, creative, and product teams.
- Strong analytical discipline with the ability to review execution data, spot gaps, and convert observations into action.
- A high ownership mindset with strong responsiveness, follow-through, and escalation judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong comfort with reporting hygiene, quality checks, documentation, and process improvement.
- Clear examples of what you have personally owned, improved, or systematized in previous roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer app, digital-first, growth-led, or subscription businesses.
- Exposure to Google App Campaigns / UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta, attribution / analytics tools, or app growth workflows.
- Experience managing execution across multiple apps, campaigns, or workstreams.
- Strong understanding of creative hygiene, experiment tracking, and launch QA.
- Exposure to budget tracking, pacing, or campaign performance reviews.
- Experience building or improving SOPs, reporting systems, or workflow processes.
- Experience supporting or guiding junior teammates through stronger process discipline and execution standards.
