Associate Market/Account Manager, hotels
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: two days in-office.
About the role
As an Associate Market/Account Manager, your key objective is to develop and maintain Priceline’s network of hotel partnerships and accommodation supply inventory through building, establishing and strengthening account relationships. You will demonstrate knowledge of the travel industry, sales negotiation, revenue management, and data analysis to increase revenue by optimizing Priceline’s hotel partnerships. This role identifies trends, optimizes pricing, ensures content competitiveness, and uses data to secure business wins that meet consumer demand on both Priceline.com and Agoda.com storefronts.
Responsibilities
- Build strong hotel supplier relationships and effectively communicate Priceline and Agoda’s value proposition to grow bookings, room nights, and revenue in assigned portfolio.
- Prioritize, plan, and implement strategies to meet or exceed defined targets and goals.
- Analyze data to identify business growth opportunities and ensure competitiveness by evaluating market trends, partner performance, and the competitor landscape.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of production with hotel accounts and present strategic recommendations to optimize hotel performance using a consultative approach.
- Identify, prioritize, negotiate, contract, and onboard non-participating hotels, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Research and troubleshoot rate and availability issues preventing hotels from improving booking performance.
- Educate and train hotel partners on Priceline and Agoda systems, tools, programs, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal partners to complete business initiatives and drive market strategy.
- Prepare presentations and materials for external and internal meetings.
- Represent Priceline and Agoda in assigned market(s), participate in industry organizations and events, and establish relationships with key local influencers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant field.
- One to three years’ experience in sales; travel industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and building long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence external and internal collaborators.
- Strong sales negotiation skills and ability to creatively “think on the fly” when negotiating with hotel partners.
- A great teammate with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic.
- Adapts well to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $55,000–$70,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
Schedule
Hybrid work model: two days in-office (ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) as determined by you and your manager. On remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
