Job Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support of manufacturing processes
- Employ Zero Defect Manufacturing tools to eliminate non-conformances and reworks
- Continuously improve production processes by implementing Lean Initiatives
- Support/lead root cause and corrective action investigations
- Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of manufacturing process solutions to complex problems
- Self-starter and pro-active problem solver
- Able to develop working relationships with other departments
- Able to explain concepts to a variety of audiences effectively
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields (i.e. Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Aerospace, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- U.S. Citizen
- 0-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 3D CAD software. Preferably NX or CATIA
- Experience in creating working instructions
