Associate Manager, US Meetings Management

Are you ready to shape the future of healthcare by managing data-driven US meetings from the flexibility of your own home? Proclinical is seeking an Associate Manager for US Meetings Management to support the planning, budgeting, and execution of meetings, events, and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute meetings, events, and conferences.
• Manage financial aspects, including creating and reviewing budgets, tracking vendor Statements of Work (SOWs), and conducting finance audits.
• Oversee tasks such as registration website creation, conference sponsorship submissions, and Cvent audits.
• Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and financial processes.
• Contribute to department-wide programs and projects to drive organizational success.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and corporate culture while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and collaboration in project development and execution.

Requirements

• Strong project management experience, particularly in event coordination within a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Cvent is required.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with working alongside healthcare professionals is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel (10-15%).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Pay

$60 to $65 per hour.
