What You'll Do

  • Exceed commercial customer expectations, monitor service trends, and elevate the overall service experience for the industry.
  • Champion customer feedback and drive upstream for system improvement.
  • Mentor teams on technical development and career growth.
  • Partner with engineering, help develop and improve diagnostic systems.
  • Communicate business priorities, ensure clear expectations, and take ownership of site performance, setting and achieving targets while holding the team accountable.
  • Track and improve team KPIs.
  • Plan resource and scheduling requirements within market for 24/7 coverage.
  • Expand standard operating procedures for robust, scalable growth.

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate across all levels, inside and outside of the organization.
  • Proven experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facing responsibilities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all facets of the program to actively participate in the continuous design cycle.
  • Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry preferred.
  • Automotive experience is required.
  • Valid driver’s license required with ability to obtain and maintain a CDL.
  • Must be available to travel to Tesla and customer locations up to 25%.
  • Must be available to cover any shift needed.

Expected Compensation

  • The expected compensation range for this position is $92,205 - $228,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits.
  • The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
  • Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
