Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and assess sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, proposing and implementing enhancements as identified or per carrier request.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and metrics; generate reports, dashboards, and presentations that surface key findings to drive improvement and performance optimization.
- Operationalize new processes, tools, or strategies and maintain related documentation (e.g., Partner Help Guides, SOPs).
- Manage and maintain systems and tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Act as a liaison across Sales, Product, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, Training, Analytics, Carrier, and other departments to facilitate cross-functional coordination.
- Create and review script submissions and other operational deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and compliance alignment.
- Document meeting notes, action items, and decisions to keep partners aligned and accountable.
- Develop subject matter expertise in an assigned area of focus and stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or proven applicable experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in eHealth systems and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Comfort operating with flexibility as assigned scope evolves with business priorities.

Pay
The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed.
