Our agency client is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Manager, Recruiting to join their rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing professionals. This entry-level opportunity will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and recruiting top student talent for ambassador programs across the United States and Canada.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, campus engagement, and helping students discover impactful opportunities. You may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. The position requires close collaboration with a team in a hybrid work environment.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: ASAP - October 30th
Location: Boston, MA or Columbia, SC (onsite for initial training and meetings)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Hours per week: 20 or 40 (flexible based on candidate availability)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with campus career centers, student organizations, and other key university contacts.
  • Source, identify, and recruit high-potential college students for ambassador programs across the United States and Canada.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines to support immediate and future recruiting needs.
  • Create, implement, and execute campus recruitment strategies at colleges and universities nationwide.
  • Conduct outreach through platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram to identify and engage prospective candidates.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for program fit and qualifications.
  • Promote opportunities in an engaging way that excites students and encourages participation.
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within CRM and ATS platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Prior recruiting experience through a professional setting, internship, campus organization, student leadership role, Greek life recruitment, or similar experience.
  • Experience using a CRM or Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram for candidate sourcing, research, and outreach.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and generate enthusiasm among prospective candidates.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruiting and networking.
  • Passion for working with college students and building campus partnerships.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa (e.g., H-1B, TN, or O visa).
  • Must be physically located in and perform the work in the United States.
