Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end sales activities for an assigned account, using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to help customers apply our products and services to their needs and drive revenue growth.
- Manage day-to-day sales activity for the assigned account, including forecasting, PO placement, supply availability, credit management, and timely resolution of issues.
- Compile and organize data to support revenue attainment across goal-setting, business planning, execution, and risk management.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities, and support negotiations that drive mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
- Cook up and distribute reports that accurately convey account status to management and flag issues that need to be resolved in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate ownership and understanding of the assigned account through proactive communication and active coordination with management and internal teams to resolve open issues.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity at the account, and recommend actions to capitalize on opportunities or mitigate risks to Samsung's position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Business- or Engineering-related discipline with 3+ years of related experience.
- Sales experience in the semiconductor industry or a related technical field (memory, storage, computing, or networking products preferred).
- Quarterly domestic and international travel.
- Experience supporting sales in a complex, high-value, dynamic environment.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Key account management and program management experience, and Korean and/or Mandarin language skills, a plus.

Base Pay Range $106,000—$158,000 USD
