Associate Manager, Marketing Activation - Mattel Games
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job description.
We have:
- Intro paragraph about creativity, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Mattel". But we need to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which sections have content.
The posting includes:
- "The Opportunity: ..." which is description of role responsibilities. That could go under Responsibilities.
- "What Your Impact Will Be:" with bullet-like paragraphs describing duties: Marketing Planning & Activation, Promotional Strategy and Execution, Channel Execution, Category Research & Analysis. Those are responsibilities.
- "Qualifications" section: "What We’re Looking For:" includes EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE, Key Skills And Competencies (list of competencies). That could be Requirements or Qualifications and Skills.
- Additional Information: includes inclusive encouragement, How We Work, Our Approach to Flexible Work (schedule), Who We Are, etc. Also pay range: "The pay range for this position is between $110,000 and $135,000 annually." That's Pay.
- Benefits: "Mattel offers competitive total pay programs, comprehensive benefits, and resources..." Not specific benefits listed, but mentions comprehensive benefits. Might be considered Benefits section but we need specific content. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Benefits, we have "competitive total pay programs, comprehensive benefits, and resources". That's somewhat vague but still states they offer benefits. Might be acceptable to include Benefits section with that sentence.
- Schedule: "Our Approach to Flexible Work: This role is an in-office role Monday-Thursday, and work from home on Fridays." That's schedule specifics. So we can include Schedule.
- Pay: we have pay range.
- Requirements: maybe we can combine EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE as Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe we can separate Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (key skills and competencies). But we have both headings available: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where.
The posting has "Qualifications What We’re Looking For:" then "EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:" then "Key Skills And Competencies:" So we could treat EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE as Requirements (or Qualifications) and Key Skills And Competencies as Skills.
We also have "About the role" maybe we can include a short paragraph about Mattel's mission at top. The intro paragraph about creativity etc. Could be placed under About the role.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to cut out the EEO statement, scam warning, etc. Also remove "Also, interested in signing up for job alerts? Do so here!" etc. Also remove "Join Mattel's Talent Community..." maybe that's not boilerplate but could be considered extra; but it's not a section heading; we could keep as part of About the role? Might be considered promotional. But we can keep if it's substantive? It's about community; maybe we can keep as part of About the role.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details: responsibilities bullet points, qualifications details, etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.
We'll structure:
About the role
... (intro paragraph about creativity, mission, maybe also the Talent Community line?)
Responsibilities
- ... each duty
- under Requirements.
Qualifications: maybe we could treat as same as Requirements? But we have both headings; maybe we can put "Qualifications" for the education/experience and "Skills" for key skills and competencies. However the posting lumps them under "Qualifications What We’re Looking For:" then subheadings. So we could do:
- Strategic Thinking: Exhibits creative and analytical thinking abilities with strong storytelling capabilities and an ability to connect the dots. An exceptional ability to communicate the overarching strategy with a consumer-first lens, in a voice that's strong, clear and focused. Strong business acumen. Ability to take conclusions from data and communicate and present those actionable insights to leadership and business executives.
- Delivers Impact: Above all, wants to deliver impact both as an individual and as a team. Comfortable taking ownership to drive discussions with cross-functional partners resulting in a consensus recommendation. A proven willingness to go the extra mile and take initiative on the things that need to be done.
- Highly Adaptable: Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities. A continuous learner that is ready to push the Marketing organization into new areas and challenge the status quo. Maintain a positive attitude that rolls with changes.
- Collaboration and Influence: High EQ. Excellent communication skills, the ability to compromise and the desire to work with skill sets across the entire organization. Will be expected to lead teams that include team members with more senior titles.
- Executive Presence: Must also be able to clearly communicate with all levels within the organization and to influence, persuade and sell direction for marketing. Will be expected to present to key internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

... combine intro paragraph plus maybe "How We Work:" and "Who We Are:"? But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can include them in About the role paragraph.
