Associate Manager, Launch Programs

About the role

The Associate Manager, Launch Programs role at WK Kellogg Co focuses on managing new product launches, product improvements, line extensions, and other initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing, managing, and executing projects, providing leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, and supporting the company’s innovation and sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute projects, adhering to cost, schedule, and performance standards.
• Lead the innovation process and communicate key activities and insights to senior leaders.
• Proactively address potential issues and lead risk management for business deliverables.
• Build effective teams by setting goals, expectations, and communicating updates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or International Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, with experience in R&D, Engineering, Operations, or Business Management at a CPG company preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information to various audiences.
• Significant experience with innovation management as a functional team member.
• People management and team leadership experience is a bonus.
• Agile project management experience is preferred.
