Associate Manager, Key Accounts & Partnerships - US
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include only sections with real content.
We need to parse the posting.
Key parts:
- Intro about DECIEM: "WHAT ON EARTH IS DECIEM? ..." This is about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the role, not company. But we can treat as "About the role" maybe? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Qualifications.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions.
We need to drop job ID/requisition numbers (none). Remove application instructions like "WANT TO JOIN US? Thank you for reading the whole thing! If you liked what you heard, kindly send us your resume..." That's application instructions, remove.
Also remove EEO statement: "DECIEM is an equal opportunity employer..." remove.
Also remove sustainability and social impact? That's substantive? It's about company values, maybe keep as part of About the role? Might be considered extra but not required. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep sustainability and social impact if it's substantive. However we need to fit into sections. Could create a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put company info under About the role? Might be okay. Or we could create a section "About the role" that includes description of role and maybe company context. The posting includes "WHAT ON EARTH IS DECIEM?" which is company overview. Then "WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR" describes role. Then "WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE" responsibilities. Then "SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE" skills/qualifications. Then "WHAT YOU'LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM" benefits. Then "BUILDING GROWTH TO POWER GOOD" values etc. Then "SUSTAINABILITY AND SOCIAL IMPACT". Then "CREATING A HUMAN WORLD OF BEAUTY" DEI. Then EEO etc.
We need to output only sections with real content. Likely sections: About the role (maybe includes company overview and role purpose), Responsibilities, Skills and Qualifications (maybe separate Skills and Qualifications), Benefits, Pay. Also maybe Schedule (hybrid position, based 3 days on-site in our NYC Office). That's schedule info.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay range is given: $75,400 to $85,000. So we can include Pay section.
Schedule: hybrid position, based 3 days on-site in our NYC Office. That's schedule.
Benefits: list of perks.
Skills and Qualifications: we can combine into Skills section (maybe also Requirements). The posting has "SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE". We'll output as Skills.
Requirements maybe not separate; we could treat skills as requirements.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we need
. For skills list, also . For benefits list, also .
We need to use for prose.
We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is "Associate Manager, Key Accounts & Partnerships - US". Not to be used as heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We must output ONLY the HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft.
