Job Description/Responsibilities
This Associate Manager, M&A and Partnerships role supports Sazerac’s growth initiatives, including acquisitions, partnerships, and commercial expansion opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze acquisition, partnership, and growth opportunities, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Develop executive-ready presentations and communications that influence decision-making and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support strategic initiatives and organizational readiness.
- Create compelling commercial storytelling and enablement materials that help teams understand and execute key business priorities.
- Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of insights, recommendations, and communications.
Required Qualifications/Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, consulting, executive communications, project management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business information and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations and presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong experience using syndicated data, business intelligence, or reporting tools (e.g., Circana, Nielsen, Power BI, Tableau).
Preferred Experience
- Supporting M&A, partnership, integration, or commercialization initiatives.
- Experience supporting senior executives or commercial leadership teams within CPG, beverage alcohol, retail, or other multi-brand organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling presentations, sales enablement materials, or executive communications that simplify complex business concepts.

The Salary Range for this role is $92,000-138,000 for candidates in Nevada or Texas, and $101,200-151,800 for candidates in California. For roles within the commercial team, the salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel or cell phone reimbursement.
