Job Description Position Summary The Associate Manager, Digital Experience, is responsible for supporting the creation of 360 digital experiences that deliver on brand objectives. This involves assisting in the implementation and management of digital campaigns and analyzing data from various digital channels to provide insights and recommendations for optimization. The Associate Manager collaborates with the Senior Manager to execute digital strategies and initiatives, conducts research on industry trends and consumer behavior, and stays updated on digital marketing trends and technologies. Responsibilities Support seamless integration across all digital touchpoints by ensuring the integration of various digital channels to create a connected 360 digital experience Analyze consumer data and digital performance metrics to inform strategy, and optimize campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendationsAssist in the implementation and management of digital campaigns across website, social media, email, events, search and more including day-to-day oversight for a component of the larger portfolioInterpret regular reports on campaign performance and consumer engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to the teamCollaborate with the Senior Manager in executing digital strategies and initiativesConduct research on industry trends and consumer behavior to support strategic planning and identify new opportunitiesStay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to contribute to the enhancement of digital experiencesExecute digital programs through collaboration with key cross-functional partners on the Media, Brand Marketing & Brand Activation teams to deliver measurable digital impactUpdate the tracking system for all 1st party data collection and activation to ensure quality assurance, performance tracking, and collection trendsSupport efforts to evaluate and utilize additional 2nd and 3rd party data relationships including regular marketplace evaluations within existing tech stack and opportunities with external creative, media and sponsorship partners Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is preferred, preferably with a concentration in digital marketing, marketing, communications, or a related field4+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably within the beverage or consumer packaged goods industryDeep understanding of the digital landscape with ability to apply and influence best practices across websites, email, search, social and experientialDemonstrated ability to use knowledge to inform business building strategies, clearing delivering against relevant brand objectivesUnderstanding of the MarTech landscape with the ability to translate how tech advancements can help deliver brand objectives Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once to deliver on time in fullStrong analytical, data interpretation, and critical thinking skills with ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw actionable recommendations Fluency in working with first-party, second-party, and third-party dataHighest degree of ethics and professional conduct Physical Requirements/Work Environment Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Location Chicago, Illinois Additional Locations Job Type Full time Job Area Marketing The Salary Range For This Role Is $96,700.00 - $148,100.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
