Associate Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, ensuring smooth customer service and efficient product flow.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail or related experience.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Pay

$24.06 - $31.75 per hour (depending on the role).

Schedule

Variety of shifts available, including weekends and evenings.
