Associate Manager, Commercial Operations & Analytics

About the role

Beghou Consulting is seeking a seasoned professional to lead impactful projects, develop data-driven solutions, and drive client success. The ideal candidate will lead proposal development, enhance reporting and data processes, and mentor junior members.

Responsibilities

• Leverage coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA) to facilitate data processing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Grow external client engagements, own key aspects of client relationships, and ensure satisfaction
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes; manage financial aspects of projects, including drafting SOWs and managing invoices
• Identify areas for firm growth, creating action plans that include new offerings and improvements to best practices
• Motivate & guide diverse teams while fostering an innovative, inclusive, collaborative work environment
• Support team's professional development
• Contribute to management initiatives, including employee engagement, recruitment, training, and ongoing education

Requirements

This role requires a strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting. Technical expertise in coding (SAS, Python, VBA), data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills are essential. Advanced analytical and quantitative aptitude, with exceptional problem-solving skills, and proven project and people management experience are also required.

Qualifications

A bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 6 years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is required. Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in analytics within the life sciences industry is preferred.

Skills

Strong coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) are strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills are required. Advanced analytical and quantitative aptitude, with exceptional problem-solving skills, and proven project and people management experience are essential.
