Associate Manager, Commercial Operations & Analytics

About the role

Beghou Consulting is seeking a seasoned professional to lead impactful projects, develop data-driven solutions, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will oversee proposal development, enhance data processes, and drive client success.

Responsibilities

• Leverage coding skills to enhance reporting and data processes
• Drive client engagement and identify growth opportunities
• Manage diverse teams and mentor junior members
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including drafting SOWs and managing invoices

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
• Advanced analytical and quantitative aptitude
• Proven project and people management skills
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in analytics within the life sciences industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 6 years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry

Skills

• Strong coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA)
