Beghou Consulting is seeking a seasoned professional to lead impactful projects, develop data-driven solutions, and drive client success. The ideal candidate will oversee proposal development, enhance reporting and data processes, and manage financial aspects of projects.

Responsibilities

• Leverage coding skills to enhance reporting and data processes
• Drive client engagement and identify growth opportunities
• Lead and mentor diverse teams, fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment
• Manage project progress, monitor risks, and keep stakeholders informed
• Contribute to management initiatives and internal initiatives

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions
• Advanced analytical and quantitative aptitude
• Proven project and people management skills
• Experience as a team leader or manager
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in analytics within the life sciences industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 6 years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills
