About the role

This temporary role is expected to last through February, 2027 according to business need.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and adoption of the Planini tool for the US Marketing team, serving as a day-to-day point of contact for user questions, troubleshooting, and guidance.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and reporting, in collaboration with Marketing and Finance partners.
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of training materials and documentation to enable effective system onboarding and ongoing user support.
  • Help ensure accuracy and completeness of marketing financial data, identifying discrepancies and working with partners to resolve issues during close cycles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Global teams, helping to maintain alignment and communication during system and process changes.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency in reporting, accruals, and system-related workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial foundation, with experience supporting month-end and year-end close, accruals, and financial reporting, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with financial or planning systems, with a focus on maintaining reliable, consistent data.
  • Quick learner of systems and tools, with the ability to build confidence quickly and support others as new processes and platforms are introduced.
  • Strong collaborator, able to work effectively across Marketing, Finance, and other business teams to deliver shared outcomes.
  • Curious and problem-focused approach, with the ability to spot data issues, ask the right questions, and work with others to resolve them.
  • Comfortable navigating change, with a flexible approach and a positive mentality in fast-moving or evolving environments.
  • Experience supporting marketing or commercial finance, with familiarity in budgeting, campaign spend, or agency/vendor management.
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization, with an understanding of how to navigate multiple collaborators and priorities.

Pay

The salary for this position has a range of $84,488.00 - $126,732.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.

Schedule

We offer a hybrid working model with an average of 3 days per week in the office.
