About the role

Support the planning and execution of branded content campaigns across NYCFC-owned channels. Coordinate projects from brief through production, publishing, and reporting. Assist in the development of creative concepts and storytelling opportunities that align with Club and partner objectives. Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Content, Social Media, Community and Matchday teams to execute campaigns. Manage campaign timelines, approvals, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Work with external agencies, creators, production partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality content. Track campaign performance and assist in the creation of partner recap materials and reports. Stay informed on content trends, fan behavior, and emerging opportunities across sports, entertainment, and digital media. Deliver high-quality marketing and branded content campaigns on schedule, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in branded content, content marketing, social media, sports marketing, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Understanding social media platforms, digital content, and performance metrics.
  • Passion for sports, culture, storytelling, and fan engagement.
  • Experience working for a sports team, league, agency, media company, or consumer brand is preferred.
  • Experience supporting branded content campaigns, sponsorship activations, or content productions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content reporting and analytics tools is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Applicant must be able to comply with MLS Next Safety and Well-Being policy and any other applicable child safety policies provided to applicants by NYCFC.
  • Must be able to work games scheduled which may be at night and on weekends and holidays.

Pay

This exempt position has an estimated annual base salary range of $66,500 - $75,000 and is not overtime eligible. Final compensation offer amounts are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as certifications and software expertise. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.

Games are available to stream via an Apple TV subscription, providing every match of the MLS regular season, the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs, annual Leagues Cup tournament, the MLS All-Star Game, the Campeones Cup, and more all in one place and with no blackouts.
