We are seeking an Associate Manager to join the leadership team, responsible for driving profitability through fostering customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Director to oversee store operations
- Manage a designated area such as visual merchandising, operations, HR, or service and selling
- Support recruitment, training, and team development
- Ensure exceeding sales goals
- Deliver best-in-class customer service
- Develop and implement community engagement initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years retail management experience
- Passion for fashion and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds
