Associate Manager

We are seeking an Associate Manager to join the leadership team, responsible for driving profitability through fostering customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. Key duties include collaborating with the Store Director to oversee store operations, managing a designated area such as visual merchandising, operations, HR, or service and selling, supporting recruitment, training, and team development. The role involves ensuring exceeding sales goals, delivering best-in-class customer service, and coming up with community engagement initiatives. Ideal candidates have 3+ years retail management experience, a passion for fashion and teamwork, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
