Associate Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the smooth operation of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Trains and supervises team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manages inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$17.10 to $28.04 per hour.

Schedule

Variable schedule, including weekends and evenings.
