Associate Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of stores by managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Manages the backroom product flow function by overseeing inventory, ordering, and maintaining stock levels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail operations or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$15.96 to $26.17 per hour.
