About the role
The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support the service side of stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
- Manage the backroom product flow function by overseeing inventory levels, ordering, and maintaining stock.
Requirements
Experience in retail operations, preferably in a similar role within a thrift store environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
