The Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
About the role
This multi-faceted role is part of Savers, an international thrift retailer.
Responsibilities
- Supports store operations and customer service
- Manages inventory and product flow
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures
- Trains and mentors team members
- Collaborates with other departments to improve store performance
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail or production management experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college or vocational training preferred
