The Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
About the role
This multi-faceted role is part of Savers, an international thrift retailer with 300+ stores and over 22,000 team members. The mission is to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature.
Responsibilities
- Support store operations, including customer service and inventory management
- Manage employee schedules and performance
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
