About the role
The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of stores by managing customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manages the backroom product flow function by overseeing inventory, ordering, and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
