Associate Maintenance Planner
Job Overview
As an Associate Maintenance Planner, you are responsible for independently prioritizing and planning maintenance work which optimizes technician effectiveness. You will lead analysis of maintenance history (including root cause analysis) and utilizes multiple technical data sources to improve maintenance processes and minimize total cost of ownership. You are also responsible for planning proactive maintenance for technicians through the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and working with maintenance leaders to develop and oversee processes to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance. You will play a key role in championing plant maintenance initiatives.
Shift & Schedule
This is a full time position working 1st Shift; 5AM-1:30PM, Monday-Friday. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.
What you will do
- Prioritizes, plans, and supports maintenance work in collaboration with affected departments; Identify job resources (staff, tools, parts, references, etc.), assemble job plans (instructions, schematics, parts lists, manuals, etc.), coordinate with stakeholders (Production Planning, Engineering, Maintenance team, etc.), and support execution.
- Leads analysis of maintenance history (including root cause analysis).
- Advise on and champion continuous process improvement in maintenance operations.
- Assist with CMMS, inventory control, and purchasing needs as requested or needed.
- Participate with maintenance personnel, engineers, production personnel, and network representatives to document and improve maintenance tasks and processes.
- Analyze and report on network and area maintenance performance; Generate maintenance KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), and track the department’s performance against them.
- Manage maintenance technical documentation for plant equipment and systems.
- Serve as a key site contact to Network Maintenance in driving technical improvements.
- Partner with training coordinator to ensure skills are available to meet current and future state maintenance plans.
- Support the daily management system.
- Responsible for developing spare parts lists, kitting, and rebuild strategies.
- Comfortably, effectively coach and train technically skilled professionals.
- Support engineering projects.
- Assist maintenance supervisors and technicians in emergencies.
- Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.
Total Rewards
Compensation: $26.77-$38.00

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a high-volume, fast-paced, capital-intensive manufacturing environment.
- Maintenance planning experience preferred.
- Experienced CMMS user, SAP preferred.
- Proficient spreadsheet, PowerPoint, email, and database user.
- Ability to communicate technical information accurately and clearly.
- Ability to uphold Safety standards, participate in Continuous Process Improvement on the job, and follow our Manufacturing best practices.
- Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions.
- Associates degree in relevant field is preferred.
- Proficient in developing maintenance documentation and standards.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently with mechanical assistance.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to constantly lift, bend, stretch and stand during entire shift.
- Ability to push/pull up to 1,500 pounds using supplied equipment.
- Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, and stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions.
- Ability to work in a sedentary light office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required (50% - 75% of the workday).
