Associate – M&A and Corporate Law - Brussels or Ghent Office

About the role

Janson is looking for an associate lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join either its Brussels or Ghent office, with a particular interest in M&A and Corporate Law. You will be mentored by experienced lawyers and benefit from continuous training, enabling you to work on cases that are both challenging and rewarding in a working environment that values flexibility, autonomy, and team spirit.

Requirements

• Hold a Belgian Master’s degree in law with excellent academic results
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• 2 to 5 years of experience in M&A and Corporate law
• Pragmatic and results-oriented
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Team player who shows flexibility
