Associate – Corporate & commercial litigation – Ghent office

About the role

Janson is looking for an associate with 5-7 years of experience to join its Ghent office, with a particular interest and experience in Corporate and Commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging and rewarding cases as part of a strong litigation team.
• Provide pragmatic and results-oriented legal advice.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Hold a Belgian Master’s degree in law with excellent academic results.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• At least 5 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial litigation.

Qualifications

• Passionate and team-oriented.
• Strong academic record.
• Effective communicator and writer.
• Showable ability to work in a team and be flexible.
