Responsibilities
- Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of any deviations from the run schedule
- Answer and manage incoming driver and customer calls/emails, ensuring customer and driver needs are met
- Call and get updates from drivers/carriers, inputting accurate information into the dispatch system
- Maintain and update all Active Run problems
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including multitasking and managing customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
- Experience dealing with high phone volume in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong driver and customer interaction experience
- Excellent phone communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Knowledge of the transportation industry
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
