Associate Logistics Specialist- 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of any deviations from the run schedule
• Answer and manage incoming driver and customer calls/emails, ensuring customer and driver needs are met
• Call and get updates from drivers/carriers, inputting accurate information into the dispatch system
• Maintain and update all Active Run problems

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills, including multitasking and managing customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Flexible availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• Experience dealing with high phone volume in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong driver and customer interaction experience
• Excellent phone communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Knowledge of the transportation industry

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
