About the role
Join us as a Associate Logistics Coordinator. Your main responsibilities include monitoring the flow of materials, products, and information within the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. This role supports the Elevator Consolidation Hub (ECH) by coordinating transportation for YORK & ECH Commodity Product Line direct deliveries to NI Field Operations as well as HUB Network. This position will support inventory audits and warehouse production activities, while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Support Logistics Department in tracking material deliveries and discrepancies
- Complete Weekly/Monthly KPI Metrics
- Research / Identify opportunities for cost savings
- Affirmative action to assist shipping of 500 orders
- Ensure all the assets and supplies are used efficiently
- Analyze data on a regular basis
- Be an active member of Safety Culture and Continuous Improvement Projects
- Build & maintain relationships with customers, 3PL, and co-workers
- Concentrate highly on customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all relevant rules and regulations
Requirements
- GED or high school diploma
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
