Associate Logistics Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain the flow of materials, products, and information within the supply chain.
• Support the Elevator Consolidation Hub (ECH) by coordinating transportation for YORK & ECH Commodity Product Line direct deliveries to NI Field Operations as well as HUB Network.
• Support inventory audits and warehouse production activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Track material deliveries and discrepancies.
• Complete Weekly/Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Metrics.
• Research and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Affirm the shipping of 500 orders.
• Ensure all assets and supplies are used efficiently.
• Analyze data on a regular basis.
• Be an active member of the Safety Culture and Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, 3PL, and co-workers.
• Concentrate on customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all relevant rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma.

Skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
