About the role
Taft is looking for a team-oriented associate to join our Litigation group in the Phoenix office.
Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
- Aiding in complex client and opposing party management and communication
- Preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances
Requirements
- At least 3 years of litigation experience
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Superior research and persuasive writing ability
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Preferred law degree from an ABA-approved law school
- Admitted to practice law in Arizona
Skills
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Effective oral advocacy and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and clients simultaneously

Pay
The salary range for this position is $210,000-$255,000/year, but may vary based on experience.
