Associate - Litigation (Phoenix)

About the role

Taft is looking for a team-oriented associate to join our Litigation group in the Phoenix office.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
• Aiding in complex client and opposing party management and communication
• Preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of litigation experience
• Excellent academic and professional credentials
• Superior research and persuasive writing ability
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications
