The Litigation Associate position at our client's Florida office offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of litigation matters, including construction, banking, mortgage lending, and creditors' rights.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of litigation matters, including construction, banking, mortgage lending, and creditors' rights.
• Manage cases independently with some oversight.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Advocate for clients in court and other legal settings.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing case work and client communications.
• Licensed to practice in Florida or eligible for admission by waiver.

Qualifications
