Associate Litigation Attorney

About the role

We are seeking a skilled associate to join our team (now in our 16th year). A strong fit for a California-licensed attorney with at least 5 years of business litigation experience who is organized, tech-savvy, and an effective communicator.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
• Prepare legal documents for client matters
• Represent clients in court, including arguing motions
• Analyze cases and develop strategies to meet client goals
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on trials, arbitrations, and mediations

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of business litigation experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Proficiency with modern legal technology

Pay

$190,000 - $200,000 per year
