Associate (Litigation)
About the role
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of litigation experience handling complex commercial disputes and a strong understanding of litigation procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial matters, representing clients in state and federal courts.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts
- Represent clients in various litigation matters
- Conduct thorough research and prepare legal documents
- Write clear and persuasive legal briefs and arguments
- Prepare and present evidence in depositions and hearings
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements
- Admitted to practice in the State of Massachusetts
- Willingness to seek admission to the State Bar of Rhode Island and/or Connecticut
- Excellent academic background
- Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures
- Experience in handling complex commercial disputes
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay
The anticipated pay range for this role is $195,000 – $225,000.
