Responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide range of clinical services including restorative care, cosmetic dentistry, and sleep therapy.
  • Perform comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans that consider the whole person, addressing issues like malocclusion, occlusal wear, and sleep-disordered breathing.
  • Manage a busy schedule, balancing various procedures and treatments efficiently.
  • Work closely with a supportive team to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.
  • Take on leadership roles as a Lead Dentist, guiding clinical excellence and mentoring team members.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • A current, active dental license in the state where you apply.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Active DEA registration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience (post-residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting for Associate Dentists.
  • Extensive clinical experience (typically 6+ years post-residency) and proven leadership abilities for Lead Dentists.
  • Invisalign certification.
  • Ability to work a Full Time schedule consisting of 4 days per week + 2 Saturdays per month or a Part Time schedule consisting of 2-3 days per week including some Saturdays.

Pay

Compensation varies based on experience and role, ranging from 30–40% of adjusted production for Associate Dentists to 32–40% for Lead Dentists, with additional studio performance bonuses.

Schedule

The role requires a Full Time schedule consisting of 4 days per week + 2 Saturdays per month or a Part Time schedule consisting of 2-3 days per week including some Saturdays.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for handling dental instruments.
  • Adequate vision for reading charts, interpreting radiographs, and operating clinical equipment.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and maintain ergonomic positioning for patient care.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds.
  • Effective communication skills.
