Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of high-quality clinical services, including restorative care, cosmetic dentistry, and sleep-disordered breathing treatments.
- Perform comprehensive exams to diagnose the whole person, addressing issues like malocclusion, occlusal wear, and sleep-disordered breathing.
- Develop and implement treatment plans grounded in clinical findings and honest risk assessment, promoting both oral health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Take on leadership roles as a Lead Dentist, guiding clinical excellence, mentoring teammates, and holding the standard for your studio.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience (post residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting for Associate Dentists.
- Extensive clinical experience (typically 6+ years post-residency) and proven leadership abilities for Lead Dentists.
- Invisalign certification.
- Comfort with modern technology and willingness to adopt digital workflows.
- Full-time schedule consisting of 4 days per week + 2 Saturdays per month or part-time schedule with some Saturdays.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Current, active dental license in the state you’re applying for.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Active DEA registration.

Pay
$175,000 USD - $425,000 USD
Schedule
Full-time schedule consisting of 4 days per week + 2 Saturdays per month or part-time schedule with some Saturdays.
