• Follow the Master Production Record (MPR) and perform batch operations using PLC/SCADA systems.
• Accurately record critical information (ingredients, weights, temperatures) into the database during batch execution, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Identify and resolve issues related to production equipment and processes effectively.
• Observe and adhere to all safety and quality regulations, reporting any accidents or safety violations.
• Assist in planning and enhancing processes and product quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the successful completion of the production process.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including extended periods of walking, standing, or sitting, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing appropriate safety gear.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 7 years in a similar operational role.
• Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry or a Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating PLC/SCADA systems.
• Data Accuracy: Ability to accurately record and input data into databases.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with safety and quality regulations in a production environment.
