Associate IT Project Manager

Position Overview

As an Associate IT Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives across the organization. This role provides an opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data & analytics, supply chain systems, finance systems, and business transformation projects.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, operations, technology, consulting, or related business functions
• Experience working in cross-functional environments preferred
• Exposure to project management methodologies and business process improvement initiatives is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
• PMP certification is preferred
• Ability to quickly learn new applications, systems, and technologies
• Basic understanding of enterprise applications, data flows, and integrations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to facilitate meetings, capture requirements, and document decisions
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com preferred
• Ability to identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate appropriately
• PMP certification is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects across multiple business functions
• Maintain project schedules, action item logs, risk documentation, and project documentation
• Cook up project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes
• Aid in project status reporting and stakeholder communications
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and document business needs
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, and business readiness activities
• Cook up activities between internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Aid in identifying project risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and governance standards
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned

Pay Range

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
