About the role

The Associate, Investment Solutions serves as a strategic business development and solutions adoption resource responsible for educating advisors and partner firms on Sanctuary’s Home Office and Third-Party capabilities and driving measurable adoption across the platform. This individual will serve as a liaison between partner firms, Strategic Alliance Partners, and Home Office solution teams to increase awareness, engagement, utilization, and business results. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who can identify advisor needs, communicate value propositions, influence behavior, drive product adoption, and partner with business leaders to execute strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject-matter resource on Sanctuary’s Home Office and Third-Party solutions and resources.
  • Educate advisors and partner firms on available solutions, services, and value-added capabilities.
  • Drive awareness, utilization, and adoption through proactive outreach and ongoing follow-up.
  • Conduct educational meetings with partner firms via Teams, in-person office visits, and national conferences.
  • Distribute marketing materials and educational content developed by IASG and solution teams.
  • Meet or exceed established sales and adoption goals.
  • Drive product adoption and business growth across Sanctuary’s solution and Third-Party offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to align advisor needs with Home Office capabilities.
  • Collaborate with solution leaders to develop targeted adoption strategies.
  • Influence advisor behavior and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Document advisor and partner firm interactions within CRM.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, opportunities, and follow-up activity.
  • Track advisor engagement, adoption trends, and pipeline development.
  • Analyze the relationship between advisor interactions and product adoption.
  • Generate reporting to measure activity, engagement, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with the Data Analytics team to develop and maintain adoption dashboards.
  • Track key performance indicators, including:
    • Advisor engagement activity
    • Solution adoption rates
    • Sales opportunities generated
    • Marketing campaign engagement
    • Pipeline development
    • Revenue influence
    • Product utilization trends
  • Present results, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, business development, relationship management, or a client-facing consulting role.
  • Demonstrated success building relationships and influencing business outcomes in a consultative environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to advisors, executives, and business partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational effectiveness.
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms to manage relationships, pipeline activity, and reporting.
  • Ability to travel as needed for advisor meetings, conferences, and partner firm visits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or selling investment solutions within an RIA, broker-dealer, asset manager, TAMP, or wealth management organization.
  • Working knowledge of investment management, portfolio construction, capital markets, managed accounts, insurance solutions, and alternative investments.
  • Experience driving advisor engagement, product adoption, or strategic business development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting business metrics, adoption trends, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple business units and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience presenting to financial advisors, executives, or external business partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • FINRA registrations (Series 7, 63/65/66) or the ability to obtain, if required for the role.
