Responsibilities

• Play a key part in supporting PGIM's Alternative Investment Operations platform, providing operational oversight across Asset Based Finance (ABF) and Residential Mortgage Whole Loan strategies.
• Help manage critical activities throughout the investment lifecycle, including deal onboarding, trade settlement, funding, asset servicing, and secondary market trading activities.
• Require extensive collaboration with Portfolio Management, Deal Teams, Legal, Fund Management, counterparties, custodians, trustees, and agent banks to ensure the accurate and timely execution of transactions and ongoing portfolio support.
• Actively facilitate the deal execution process in coordination with deal team, counsel, fund management, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Capture and maintain primary and secondary market trading activity within the Order Management System (OMS), ensuring accurate and timely IBOR positions and records.
• Manage end-to-end wire payment processes, ensuring efficient deal funding, settlement, and adherence to operational controls.
• Coordinate and execute private asset transfers.
• Manage daily production including cash forecasting and positioning.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to research and resolve cash and position breaks.
• Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to support business, operational, and management decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and support
